I wasn't bragging. I had told them about their mistake as soon as I got the paper.

I thought that I should give them a plug for willingly resolving their mistake and not charging me for paper I hadn't ordered. (The extra postage to the other side of the world for that amount of paper was going to cost me a considerable amount of money - and it wouldn't have been worth their while to pay for a courier to take it back to America either.)

I posted that message because I didn't want to leave people thinking they were unreliable or bad to deal with. I will certainly use them again.

In retrospect I shouldn't have bothered you all with this issue - apologies.
