I use a rather simple method of managing my photo files. To start with, I keep all my photo files in the My Photos folder in My Documents. Then, I have an external harddrive that I copy the entire My Photos folder to on a weekly basis. On a monthly basis, I copy the library of my raw files and finished files to DVD-R. I make two copies, which I store in two locations, one is at home, and the other is in my desk at work. I have used this "system" since I switched to digital and it works for me. It is simple and I have four copies of my photos. keithz --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "michael3442" <michael3442@...> wrote: > > Suggestions needed.
