The 2200 is still a pretty darn good printer. If you do B&W then the 2400
has an advantage.

If you have Nikon lenses go with the Nikon. The Canon digital Rebel XTi @
10mp and under $800 is a great deal.

I use re-filable carts and inks from MIS. I too am fed up with CFS systems.
