Anyone who lives in reasonable driving distance of Cleveland needs to know about an Exhibet of Ansel Adams' work at the Cleveland Institute of Art. It runs through August 19. Admission is free. More info at cia.edu. My son and I drove over from Pittsburgh on Sunday. We thoroughly enjoyed the exhibet and were pleased to see a good turnout of viewers. There are more than 100 prints made by Adams between the 1960's and the early 1980's. The photos were taken over a 60 year time span and include traditional landscapes, portraits, and close-ups. The CIA is at 11150 East Boulevard near Case Western Reserve University, Severance Hall, and the Cleveland Clinic. It is across the street from the Cleveland Museum of Art. Be cautious about Yahoo directions. The ones I got needlessly took us all over when there was a much more direct route. Lesser souls might have never made it to the exhibet or been too angry/frustrated to properly enjoy the show! Mike Brubaker
