Does the sysem crash if you print the same file with an alternate printer ? Supplementary question would be: Have you got a clean partition for the printer spooler on your HD, which is at least three times as big as the virtual file size you want to print? If you have not and use the default epson spool-folder, have you got enough defragmented space on your HD for spooling? I suggest to upgrade to OS 9.2 because it deletes temp-files better than 9.0.
