Re: SOT- Refilling for R2400 -- leaks

2007-08-15 by Seth Rossman

I had bought extra carts but don't think I should use them right off. My order for carts (by the set) was missing two carts--which they sent.

I GOT a reply. I called their 800 number, punch "4" and wait for a human.

Now it sounds like they have a QC issue in a recent batch of carts.

At least you got a reply from MIS tech support. They've answered my two
most recent inquiries, one of which was about the 3 carts I've got that
leak when I refill them, one of them like a sieve! I figured that maybe
poking the rubber seal with the plastic nozzle thingie would get
it "unstuck" but that didn't have any effect. I've got to place an ink
order soon, so I'm just planning on ordering three more cartridges, but
there's no guarantee that'll fix it either. This is my third machine to
use MIS carts in, so I'm a loyal customer, but this is certainly
annoying.

Does anybody else have problems getting their tech support questions
replied to?
