When I checked around Atlantic Exchange had the best prices for inks for my 
2200. I've bought from them for years and have always been pleased with 
their service and I've never had a problem with an order. I usually order 
five sets of inks at a time to spread the shipping cost out. If you only 
ordered a few cartridges at a time shipping might eat up whatever savings 
they otherwise would give over something local.
