Bill, If you have good customers that trust you and REALLY like what you do and how you do it, the trust should be a two way street. And I would certainly not want to be the only holder of their "adjusted ready to print" file, just in case something happens on my end. I have always given them the file, and the reprint orders keep coming in. Sure I have no idea what they are doing with them, but I trust them. Of course this is a business decision we made for the way we do business and has worked for us.
