Digital BW, The Print

I have frequently seen Premier Matte 210 C2S recommended as a proofing 
paper.  I just purchased some and like it a lot.  I have been using EEM.

Could anyone who has used it please comment on the following?

Does it yellow like EEM?

Has anyone window tested it v/s other papers?  (I will start a test 
shortly and comment in a few months)

Are both sides actually equal?  The tongue test seems to say no but my 
calibration may be off.  ;-)
