Digital BW, The Print

I am using the Innova Fiba Print glossy paper, both white and warm 
tone, on my Epson 7800 with K3 inkset, and am getting what appear to be 
roller marks on the paper.  I understand the roller passes over the 
paper before the ink is applied, but there seems to be some kind of 
matting of the gloss finish by the rollers.  It looks like a bit of a 
matte finish applied exactly the width of the rollers.  They are new 
and clean so that doesn't seem to be it, and it doesn't go away with 
drying.  the denser the image, the more they show up of course.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem and especially if 
anyone has a solution?  The finish and print quality of the paper is 
beautiful, but the streaking is not.  I have sent emails to the company 
reps in the UK and US, but have received no response.

Any help out there?
