Digital BW, The Print

Hi:

Thanks Mark for your response to my original post.  I immediate tried 
to determine how to proceed (like Andrew), and came upon 
InkjetColorSystems.com .  They had detailed instructions and offered 
parts.  Unfortunately, I have called them and left voicemail and sent 
email to no response.

Anybody have any other suggestions for parts and instructions for 
changing the damper and wiper?
