Digital BW, The Print

First posting so please be patient. I really have tried to find the answer without any luck so 
far.
So here goes.
I would like to profile my iPF5000 for black and white. I have a Gretag Eye-One Photo that I 
use to calibrate my monitor with and profile my printer for color.
I have used the Atkinson targets for color profiling, but have been unable to find any targets 
for black and white.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
