Bad. I was thinking about that spamming Floridian who, despite his obvious ignorance, presumed superiority over a National Park Ranger. The Ranger was obviously trying to do his job, whether perfectly or imperfectly. "3rd-world" does imply race to some folks, not to others (or to me). Means something different in the West and BBC (I listen to too much of that) than to you. My state is over half Indian and Hispanic, and most of the Hispanic trace back in America several generations or more. Despite border with Mexico we have fewer foreign immigrants than most states.
