'Black and White Photography In The Digital Age' by Worobiec and Spence .. although most of it was either too basic or too gimicky for me. Stuff like making people's faces slimmer and adding fake shadows, putting text in clouds(!!!!!) and various special effects that are not my thing. I like to keep my work honest. 

But the sections on replicating darkrook techniques was good.
