Prompted by Paul Roark’s 3MK inkset for the Epson r1800, I have just ordered this printer, which I hope to get at the end of the coming week. I am also taken, apart from the print curl, with Harman’s fiber gloss paper, but this needs the PK inks. How much less archival, if that is the correct word, are MIS’s PK inks than the Eboni? Can I swap carts to move from MK to PK and back again? Would I need cleaning carts and, if so, in both directions or only one? I would also like to print colour on satin/glossy papers. Would this be possible? I hope I won’t be black-listed for this last statement! Has anyone gone down these roads yet and can provide a basis for doing 3PK and the curves for Harman or Innova etc? Cheers Colin -- Before photography, I looked - now, I see. www.colinconwayphotography.com
