Digital BW, The Print

I apologize for the cross post and if this is OT, I think it is 
relevant but then again I don't get out much. Living as I do in 
Namibia we don't have easy access to wholesale suppliers of pre cut or 
custom cut mats. While there are plenty of frame makers here they are 
all essentially retail and even if you do get a wholesale bump from 
them it's still expensive on a per image basis. (Interestingly enough 
though, basic mat board sheets are available here and not expensive) I 
am in the final stages of opening Namibia's first dedicated 
photography gallery (I know, but I've been in the sun too long) anyway 
I will need to either organize custom cut mats from the states, 
Matcutter.com or precuts from Dickblick.com or buy my own semi-pro mat 
cutter and cut my own. I am hoping to get some brand name feedback 
from anyone who owns a better quality semi pro mat cutting machine, 
such as those from Logan, Alto's, Fletcher, or FrameCo. I am grateful 
for any insights offered.
