Congratulations on your Grand Opening.  I use Logan equipment, and 
while initially it appeared intimidating and complex, I was suprised 
at how easy it was for cutting straight mats.  I started out with 
just a razor knive from Logan and now have a semi-pro cutter.  I 
still don't do the really fancy cuts yet, but I believe that they 
won't be a major problem.

My advice?  Go for it!
