It depends on the quantity you are after.  It costs a lot to have slides
made from digital images and is particularly galling to do it just for some
stubborn hold-out. 

If you have quite a number of images make 8 x 10 ink jet prints - they will
be all the same size and exposure to copy the old-fashioned way on a copy
stand.
