Chris, I¹m on my second set of Cone carts on the 2400, and I can say that, after some initial issues with the lid not closing properly, I¹ve had no problems whatsoever. The prints are beautiful in their smooth tonal rendition. Having said that, however, the high cost of non-refillable carts is daunting. To solve this problem, I will go the CIS route. Just yesterday, I took delivery of the Efillink Pro (empty cart) system; I will install it, with Cone inks, when the present carts are depleted. Obviously, I can¹t recommend Efillink at this stage. I bought it on the basis of what I saw on their web site (do go there) and the recommendation of a user on this forum. I¹ll report back after the system is up and running. I¹ve got my fingers crossed. Harry On 11/27/07 10:48 AM, "cbphoto2003" <cbphoto2005@...> wrote: > > New guy here... > > I used the Cone K7 ink cartridges about a year ago when I was using an > R1800.
