Digital BW, The Print

>>I bougth the PrintFixPro in order to generate profiles to my MIS FSN
inks and 1160 combo. I downloaded the upgrade to the Spyder3print
software,I print and read the HQ chart,it saves the xml file,but when 
it
tries to build the profile, it hangs about 2/3 of the jobs...If I use
one of the sample xml included in the S3P,it builds the profile all
right. Has it happened to anyone? C.D. ?

It takes much longer to generate a B&W profile than a color one. Don't 
quit when it "hangs", just go get a cup of coffee, and give it time to 
process. It should be able to finish the job if the inks are reasonable 
for RGB driver usage. Never tested the FSN inks, so I can't comment on 
that...
