OK, here's step by step which I just confirmed.
Choose image, size it.
Click print
Choose 2400 printer (if you have more than one connected)
Chose roll paper
Select banner mode
Choose paper, etc.
Choose size--USER DEFINED
Width 1295
Length 4000 (this will leave some border on both ends)
Save as 13x40 pan so you can use this again
Change to landscape mode
Click OK, see first preview
Click print, then print again
Check preview that comes up, albeit slowly perhaps. Here you should
see it as it will print out, centering and borders in real view
Click print and make sure you have room for the roll to come off
Hit the buttons to print the cut off line, trim and admire.
I just did all of this on my printer, but stopped at the preview as I
didn't need the print.
