Digital BW, The Print

The ink light and paperlight above it are flashing alternatly at I 
guess 1 sec intervials.

I can't use the SSC program because it doesn't see the printer.

Printer power is off while lights are flashing.

Is there a key in sequence to reset the eprom.  I have the service 
manual and adjustment programs which don't help.

Any suggestions.
