At first I though it might have been from a hacker. I've seen children get
into peoples computers and make the equivalent of "phony phone calls". Then
I came to suspect them as real. I actually hope for the former, or to learn
that Bill got drunk silly. Bill has always been a well reasoned and
articulate fellow, I hope he hasn't fallen onto hard times.
