Hi, I have been going nuts trying to make the 2 work together. The other monitor is a Dell LCD. No matter what combination of D15 or XP desktop settings I use. The calibration throws error that "...error occurred while setting the gamma ramp on the graphics card." Now I am getting the error that the ambient light is too bright or the monitor is not warmed up. I have un/reinstalled the monitor and its drivers as well as the sensor and monitor control. The googling I have done has not been fruitful. Most say this won't work, yet I have seen posts here that says it works great. The problem I believe is the Artisan can't store its LUT in the card, but this may be in left field. The card is a Matrox 32 MB DDR Dual Head Video Card, AGP 4x. BTW, I was able to calibrate with the original Dell card. Any insight greatly appreciated! Rudy Torrico
