I will send you a separate email with all the specs. Everyone has agreed to chip in and divide the cost of the meeting room by the number of attendees. As of now we have 15 (including you) attending. The room will cost $125.00 and we may get waters / drinks from Costco, so the final cost will be between $10.00 ~ $15.00 per person.
