I too have been frustrated by "this ink stuff" lately. It happens sometimes when I work an ink print for a looong time trying to get it right, then I stumble across an old silver print that's just better, and I know I didn't fuss it as much... The digital/silver does seem to be a great compromise. Isn't it scary how cheap they sell those for? Is it because they are "tainted" by the digital hand? How much would they sell for if they were Piezo prints, or god forbid, MISprints? Sometimes I think of the time and money I've put into this stuff when I already had a kickin' darkroom....Still I always hated washing and pressing... No wonder they cost more.... Todd
