As you would find in the archives of this list, this is a known issue with
overly whitened papers. You need to clean your white tile thoroughly with a mild
cleaning solvent and a WHITENER FREE cloth, such as a lens cloth. Then
recalibrate and try again. If that does not solve the issue, contact me off-list and
I'll set you up for tech support or device replacement.
