QTR new user, error message

I am a new QTR user and when I loaded a .tif image to print I got the 
following error message in a red box next to the preview: "TIFF format 
not supported".  What am I doing wrong?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
