Best Epson 3800 settings for Entrada Rag Natural?

I am new to the 3800 and to Entrada Natural Rag. What are the best
Epson Advanced B&W driver settings for this printer/paper? 

 - media choice
 - paper thickness for 190 and 300 thicknesses
 - platen gap
 - dark or normal?

Or any other settings you have found useful.
