For some reason they keep changing the name of that paper.  It was
originally called Merlin Smooth.  Then they changed it to Peregrine
Smooth (Peregrine Velvet is a different paper).  Now, apparently, they
have changed it again.  The answer to your question is "I don't know".
 Sorry I can't be much more help than that.  Maybe I should just
remove it completely from the article.
