Digital BW, The Print

I just installed Photoshop CS3 Extended and am confused about how to
set several of the menus. I am using UT7 inks and an Epson 2200
printer. Specifically, how should the Color Setting menu be set in the
Working Spaces and Color Management boxes? Also, when I select
"Print," what should the settings be for "Color Management" and "Color
Handling" Thanks.
