Digital BW, The Print

Any grainy appearance that BO may have (and it varies depending on
which printer and technique are used) does not increase with print
size.  It is not like film grain that is enlarged.  So with larger
prints any graininess will most likely be less noticeable because a
larger print is normally viewed from a greater distance.
