Digital BW, The Print

Dear Sir,
                Could you let me know if this RIP software could be
used with HP DESINGJET 430 (B/WP RINTER) & HP DESINGJET 450 C PLOTTER
? We have banding Problem (miss print lining in between nozzle swaps
not because of nozzle block even in new cartridges ) we print on clear
inkjet film & use it for exposing Silk screen. 
Could help me solve this problem sir? could  RIP software be help full
but on same plotter HP DJ 430 & 450C.
