Digital BW, The Print

Im struggling a bit here in Namibia, I am trying to figure out where 
(if) there is aproblem with my computer system. It takes 27seconds to 
transfer a 69mb file from lightroom to CS2. I have a Xp pro/AMD 3000 
MHZ/4 GB DDR400 ram/ three internal SATA 7500rpm drives set up as JBOD.

Any help would be appreciated.
