Paul, You need support when inks are sent out incorrectly labelled! I believe that both Cone and MIS have had their issues with this in the past. Also, technically, the nature of the ink may help define the best maintenance routines (Windex, Fantastik, Windolene, Alcohol, Ammonia etc etc etc). But otherwise, ink per se should not require support as such ;) But in fairness to Cone, he does support his software and inks... so you have the choice of support of resellers such as myself, IJM support, and / or public forums. Can the same be said of MIS? That's a sincere question!
