Digital BW, The Print

[Start] > [Settings] > [Control Panel] > [Security Center]

AND disable <User Account Control>

OR 

[Start] > [Settings] > [Control Panel] > [User Account]

AND <Turn User Account Control On OR Off> AND turn Off UAC

then go to

[Start] > [Settings] > [Control Panel] > [Personalization]

select <Window Color and Appearance>

Then choose: <Windows Classic>

and adjust the schemes/colors to your heart's content.
