Nij,

One of the problems with Platform Wars is people develop a selective
memory. Have you forgotten all the free support given on the Leben
List from Campfire Dan, Tyler et al for the MIS inks. 3 or 4 years
ago I recieved a lot of help there. And, JC was also involved. As far
as I can see there is a hell of lot of free support for ALL inks here
and on the other lists directly from the users with no punches held.

As far as I know Indelibles have not got their website up yet , but
an email enquiry from me resulted in an offer to phone me to answer
all my questions. That is impressive considering I am in Denmark and
they in the US.

To imply, especially to newbies, that the only product they will get
help with is Cone Ink is not quite correct.
In the end you pays yer money and I think the free support for Cone
ink and software is included in their price. In reality, I am more
inclined to believe what the other people say, here in Denmark,
because I have seen their printers, inks and prints with my own eyes.
