Scott, I forgot to add I am also using the carts you pointed to. I've had no problems with them. However, they have self-resetting chips which means they do not indicate the true ink levels. The reason for this is that they allow you to refill the carts in the printer without having to remove them. This prevents air from getting into the head during cart changes, the major source of "missing jet" problems. In order to do this, you need to keep track of how many prints you've made between fillings and then refill all the carts at once. Before using these carts I had missing jets every time I changed carts. I've not had the problem once since switching. However, you do need to count your prints. Bob bob@...
