This appears to drive MIS nuts also. A major part of the services they try to provide to the market is testing the carts and buying those that work. But, even if the samples are great, the production batch they receive may not be. Then again, batch 1 may be excellent but batch 2 not so good, and getting the Chinese companies to take back a large order is apparently not so simple for a company the size of MIS.
