Hi Sarah, I have the 2100 and only ever use double-sided papers. Are you talking about the paper moving as it leaves the rollers and making a double edge on the end inside the printer? I find I need a 2cm margin on the side of the paper last to leave the printer and then I'm safe. The smallest I ever print with this paper is A5, however, which leaves more space around the print. You may just have to make the image smaller. Or use a larger piece of paper (A5/half letter) and cut it down after printing. I print on Entrada 300 a lot and never have any such problems. But PremierArt Matt BW is a good cheaper alternative. I find that tech support people often know less than we, the consumers, do - sadly.
