Digital BW, The Print

I'll probably catch a little flak from this but I sometimes buy those 
cheap chinese ink carts on ebay. (depends on the project) For some 
reason there are NO color carts for sale there which is unbeleivable.

Has there been a lawsuit or something? There are still black csrts but 
no color. Anyone know about this?
