Jon,
You may want to check out the Palm Beach Photographic Workshops www.workshop.org
They offer numerous digital printing couses and have an upcoming week long Piezography Fine Print workshop with George DeWolfe. I believe Goerge is teaching this workshop 3 or 4 times this year. At the top of the page click on "Digital Imaging".
For the record, and so that no one jumps on me, I am on the Board of Directors for the Worrkshops. The Palm Beach Photographic Center is a not for profit organization enriching life through the arts.

I was wondering if there are any classes, like "Fine Art Piezography(B&W)
Digital Printing" offered at West Coast Imaging, on the East coast... in NYC

Hi Jon:
I have a number of workshops in NYC that I run, covering mostly color, but
increasingly more bw/quadtone using black ink only(which I and others have
found the 1280 perfect for) and the excellent inksets/methods expressed on
this and other lists.
I think that this list is the least expensive class anyone could ever want.
You may want to just get started and if the results are not to your liking,
then I'd consider a workshop/class.
Feel free to contact me off-list for more info.
All the best!
