I cannot comment on the quality of MIS funnel fill carts in general,
but I do have a set of barely used funnel fill carts for the 4000. 
They worked perfectly and never leaked at all.  I only ran one or two
batches of ink through them.  

I hated my 4000 and don't use it any more, but the carts worked great
and are like new.  I washed them out very well so they are quite
clean.  You can see a slight coloration in the crevices and corners,
but that's it.  The chips work fine too.  

If you are interested in buying carts that are proven to work and
don't leak, contact me at lou@loudina.com.  I'll sell them for half
what I paid for them, plus shipping.  I bought them fo $40 each, so
will sell them for $20 each.  It's a good deal.  Let me know.
