I've only e-mailed MIS twice: once about how to buy Sepia-Neutral, about which they got back to me almost immediately (despite the fact they didn't have it yet to sell); once for information about the new, hybrid/blended Full Spectrum (color not Quadtone) inkset, about which they still haven't gotten back to me (despite the fact they did have it to sell). I guess that's a mix of good and bad pre-sales service rather than tech support. As for IJM, I got very good tech support from Bill Bergh both on the phone and by e-mail about two years ago in the context of ProveIt!, and at that time, everybody on the lists seemed to have the same story. I wish IJM well because I think our salvation depends on competition. But I also wish they had solved the problems with PiezoBW and PiezoC before stretching themselves further still with Piezography2. But maybe those are not so much problems as dilemmas and they think Piezo2 is the way out for them. I can't tell. Sam >I've never had a problem with MIS tech support if you call them.
