Good point, and I'd like to add a 3rd element: digital capture. I'd like to see the same subject taken with a 12mp or greater modern DSLR with equivalent lens. I'm not looking for a film vs digital contest here, but would like to see how the prints compare in the context of this thread. I am impressed with the prints I'm getting from my 10mp DSLR with top notch prime lenses. I'd love to see the hi-magnification comparison with the others.
