Tim, Is there an off-the-shelf product that does that? I just dread to think how Heath-Robinson (is this an international, or only English phrase for something 'hacked together' - or perhaps 'an over-worked solution') it would end up being - I'm thinking backdrop-roll holder. The solution I've been thinking of is to have a spare roll core (I could actually probably use a postage tube) to reverse-curl the leading edge of the paper. Using the tube as a former should help make the reverse-curl without damaging the paper... I hope. Once again, I'll let you know how I get on.
