PremierArt Hot Press and Epson Ultrasmooth

Does anyone have any definitive information on whether these two papers have the same 
paper base AND the same coating?  I'm using both and am hard pressed to tell any difference 
using Imageprint profiles on my epson 7800 K3 inks.  Many thanks, Eleanor Brown
