Digital BW, The Print

I've picked up a used epson 4000 on craigslist.  I'm thinking of using 
the MIS UT-3D or the carbon-6 inkset.  After using the printer as a 
color printer for sometime, I'm realizing that making an inkset change 
will probably be at least a weekend long project for me.  That being  
the case, I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on the UT-3D vs the 
carbon-6 inkset on this particular printer.  At this point, I'm happy 
to continue to print on matte papers.
