Hi Ann Marie
I have had difficulty with both the R800 and R1800 printers feeding heavyweight papers only.
Most of the lower weight papera feed for the most part without a problem.
Almost all of the heavier matt papers refuse to feed normally, despite fastidious cleaning of the feed rollers.
Basically, I think there is a design fault with both these printers.
Kind regards, Paul

I am wondering if it's just the R1800 feed issue. Everyone I know,
including myself has had paper feed problems with this printer and
many papers. Are you having or have you had any feed problems with
regular weight papers?

run Photo Rag before, and I suspect that it is more to do with the
stiffness and weight of the paper than any coating. However, I'll
try Staples and see if they sell the cleaning kit in the UK.
