Digital BW, The Print

Well, it's exactly a year ago today that my old R1800's paper feed
mechanism went on the fritz and was not worth repairing. That printer
was only a year old. I purchased the uber-fantastic R2400 immediately
and guess what? A year later on the DATE, I am now having the same
paper feed problem I had with the R1800. I am loading Epson glossy
paper - nothing fancy, and it won't load. Troubleshooting was all
done. I even changed paper, etc. etc.

This now means I will have to dedicate an entire day off with dealing
with Epson's customer service and tech support dept (whom I have many
many an issue with) in hopes they will just give me a replacement. I
have a 2 year extended warranty so they will have to.

And just when I was printing out holiday cards and the last of a body
of work I just concluded..........
